Terms of use

Please produce original SERVICE JOB SHEET while taking delivery of the product. Delivery may be refused if the original Service Job Sheet is not produced unless claimant provides satisfactory evidence of lawful ownership.
We shall not be liable for accessories not recorded in the Service Job Sheet..
Should a natural failure recur within 90 days of the repair service, Labour Charge shall be waived off. In case of failure of the same part(s), the spare part(s) shall be replaced free of charge. However, should the failure be attributable to wrong usage or abuse, accident, lightning, ingress of water, external fire damage, natural disaster, improper ventilation, deterioration due to environmental conditions, excessive shock, normal wear and tear or any external cause not attributable to normal product failure, the part and labour will be chargeable subject to set being in repairable condition.
In case the spare part(s) are not available and have to be arranged / sourced afresh, a tentative date for repair service will be indicated and the customer will be required to deposit 100% advance, prior to the sourcing of the spare part(s).
We respect individual privacy and hence do not take data back-up. For products with Hard Disc Drives, Solid State Drives, Internal Memory and/or Phone Memory, data back-up should be taken by customer before depositing the product for service. We shall not be liable for protection/preservation of any stored content or data if protected by DRM (Digital Rights Management).
The spare parts replaced will be charged in accordance with the rates as applicable during the period of the job done. The charge will be exclusive of taxes and courier charges and other incidental expenses involved to procure the spare.

The equipment would be collected with 48 hours of intimation after it has been repaired; otherwise the godown charges @ 100/- per day will be charged extra. If the material is not collected within 30 days from the date of intimation the company reserves the right to sell the material and recover the outstanding amount.
No pick up facility is available during warranty period. Client is required to pay minimum Rs. 100/- for availing of pickup & drop facility.
Estimate will be conveying for servicing the defective item. Estimate may be obtained through SMS & eMail. For inspection report on defective item client is required to pay Rs. 500/- towards inspection fee.
Unless estimate is accepted and confirmed no repair will be undertaken. If on availing of estimate if it is not confirmed within 72 hours job will be cancelled and after cancellation if the item is not collected within 4 days, the client has to pay Rs. 100/- per day as godown charge.
Repair Ki Dukan does not assure that all units given for repair will be repaired however we shall try our best to repair the unit/s.
